Reschedule or Modify Appointments

If a client has booked a time that no longer works for you, Self Book It provides you with an easy way to modify one or more appointments. Simply select the 'Modify' link for the specific reservation you need to change. You can modify a single appointment, or if it’s a recurring appointment you can choose to apply the change to one or all reservations in the series by selecting the checkbox and then the 'Modify' button. Have clients who wish to switch appointments? Self Book It gives you the scheduling flexibility you need to keep your clients happy and accommodate them by allowing you to change a reservation’s recipient from one client to another. Select the 'Change Client' link next to the current client’s name and search for the other client’s name. Self Book It will automatically send notifications to all parties involved.
