Cancel Appointments

Need to cancel a booked appointment? You can delete an appointment directly from the Appointment Log by selecting the 'Delete' link for the appointment you need to cancel. This gives you another level of control over your services, your time, and your life. You can choose to cancel a single appointment, or in the case of a recurring appointment you can either choose to cancel one appointment or an entire series. In the 'Modify Reservation' popup screen, just select the delete checkbox and then the 'Modify' button. If you wish to cancel an entire series, be sure to select the checkbox marked “Apply Changes to All Reservations in the Series” as well as the delete checkbox. Once you hit 'Modify', Self Book It will cancel all of the recurring appointments and send a notification to you and your client.
