Massage in the military

Michelle Devit, a woman who conducted a study on 162 military personel, has found out some interesting things involving pain, massage, and the effects that war has on the body. She has realized that the use of massage and other alternative medicines, which is good because it cuts down on the amound of pain medication that the soldiers would otherwise take. Even better, 53% of the patients complained about their lower back hurting, which opens the opportunity for a massage even more. Hopefully the new trend of massage growing more popular amongst the military can prove to be more effective and more easily available.
