Bugs and Requests

"RAAAAIIIID", rings in my head when I hear "bug", and an insecticide company smiles. That is not the kind of bug we are talking about here. In the IT world, "bug" refers to a functional or display problem with the Site or software.

• "Ewh, that's broken" or "Hey, that ain't right" are bugs
• "What I really want..." is a feature request

Self Book It wants to (needs to) hear about both bugs and feature requests. How to report a bug:

• send an email to info@selfbookit.com and include:
• a description of the problem
• what action you took right before you noticed the problem
• what browser you were using
• what type of computer you were using

• what Web page (copy and paste the URL) or email notification

  How to suggest a feature:

• email us at info@selfbookit.com and include:
• describing the feature you would like to see
• explaining how you would use it and who else would like it
• telling us if you would be willing to pay for the feature
